Data is located on servers within the UK, except for the contact information from people who register to receive contact and updates regarding our services. This information is stored and processed by Elastic Email outside the EU. However, Elastic Email also complies with GDPR. You can view their policy here.

Access to information and correction

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of your personal information held by us, please email us at support@collsys.co.uk. We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.

How you can manage or delete personal information

You have the right to request that your account and personal data be removed from the system.
