Employer Account Manager – Work Experience
We used to use paper to promote opportunities to student and track work experience activity but posts on noticeboards were out of date quickly and it was getting difficult to get paper back to keep track of work experiences.
In 2018/2019 when industry placements was being launched, we knew we needed something more sophisticated. As our team grew to 6 people over 2 campuses, we started looking for a platform to help us manage it and met with a few providers.
We met with the team from Collsys at an event and the platform sounded like what we needed, however it was the opportunity to tailor the system for our needs that were really appealing. Having the system has meant we can load all information into one place and everyone in the team can use it. It has also allowed students who wouldn’t normally get access to opportunities to see and apply for great work experience placements.
One of the best things about working with the Collsys team is the support they provide, they are incredibly responsive and the support we’ve had after we signed up has been second to none. The team respond to queries and questions really quickly and we’re really pleased to be working with them.
